Board of Directors

Peter Koller was elected to our Board of Directors in December 2020.

Previously, Peter Koller held various executive positions in retail groups. Until 2017, he was Managing Director of Globus Zurich.

Today, Peter Koller sits on various boards of directors of companies that operate in the gastronomy, hotel and retail sectors. Peter Koller is excellently networked in Zurich business communities and in the Swiss retail sector.

Hans Georg Nussbaum was elected to our Board of Directors in December 2020.

Previously, Hans Georg Nussbaum served as Head of Legal of the Directorate General of Customs in the Federal Customs Administration. Hans Georg Nussbaum previously held other positions in the public administration.

Through his many years of experience in the federal administration, he is very familiar with its administrative and political processes and also public ones, such as trade law. He also has an international network with diplomatic and administrative organisations. Hans Georg Nussbaum was also admitted as an attorney-at-law to the bar of the Canton of Bern.

Anita Fetz was elected to our Board of Directors in December 2020.

Anita Fetz is the owner of the consulting firm femmedia ChangeAssist, which supports change management processes and equal opportunities projects in companies. She was a member of the Council of States of the Canton of Basel-Stadt from 2003 to 2019. During her time in office, she was a member of the Finance Commission, the Economic and Tax Commission and the Commission for Science, Education and Culture. She was also President of the Finance Commission. Previously, she held various mandates on boards of directors. For example, for the Basler Kantonalbank and today for Rhystadt AG, which is responsible for the transformation of the 160,000 m2 industrial area of Klybeck in Basel into a lively urban quarter.

Roland Hilgers was elected to our Board of Directors in May 2023.

Roland Hilgers is the owner of HR Capital GmbH, which supports start ups, scale ups and SME’s building and scaling new businesses. He holds an Executive MBA from University of Salzburg.

Today, Roland Hilgers is a member of various boards of directors and advises and supports various companies in the areas of strategy and business development, with a strong focus on building and scaling new businesses, expand markets and new strategic business areas.

Previously, Mr Hilgers worked in various MedTech, LifeScience and industrial companies as a leader in business development and sales on a global level. Accordingly, he has a broad network and deep understanding of these industries.

Federico Paganini was elected to our Board of Directors in May 2023.

Federico Paganini is Chief Product Officer Food and Gastronomy at Manor AG. He holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in International Retail and Retail Management, and a degree from IMD in Digital Excellence and Digital Transformation.

Previously, Federico Paganini held various management positions within the Manor Group. He has an excellent network within the Swiss retail sector and in related industries and has a profound understanding of processes and trends in the retail and food sectors.

Dominik A. Lüthi was elected to our Board of Directors in December 2020.

Dominik A. Lüthi is Group CEO of NIKandNIK Group Ltd. and chairs the Executive Board of Now Advertising Agency Ltd. Before joining Now Advertising Agency Ltd, Dominik A. Lüthi held various engagements in Zurich advertising agencies and worked for the Zürcher Kantonalbank Group.

Through his many years of involvement with the Swiss Youth Parliaments and the Youth Council of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, Dominik A. Lüthi also keeps in touch with various Swiss political parties and parliamentarians. He also cultivates a network in diplomatic communities, in particular with US diplomatic circles.
